We picked up in Jakarta to organize this surf trip – because it is the easiest place to reach. Available and the most stable service of the country. You can expect great food, high-level service, and hospitality. And next, You can continue adventure to remoted place and adventure.
Situated at the most populated island of the country, Java still has a lot of secret spots, it is still secret even for those who chasing waves around Indonesia. It is less traveled than the Mentawai’s but still provides the Indo picture-perfect waves, on the right conditions.
The early season usually brings clean, small to medium swells but can also bring some bigger surprises. We are familiar enough with the island to know that it doesn’t need much swell for the magic to happen. We’ll be staying at Cimaja and the A-frame wave out front will be our go-to on most days.
Known as Cimaja point, this wave offers a good rippable wall on the right-hander and The Indicator more technical right-hander with a rewarding barrel section.
Sawarna wave is the best of the left-hander break of West Java, Turtle provides the best remoted uncrowded place of the surfing paradise.
Batu Karas has a wide sandy beach lined with big trees, which provide plenty of shades. It is a great place for a picnic. But, Don't worry if you are not prepared, there are many vendors who will approach to rent a picnic mat.

We continue to East Java, yes Pacitan will be the best place for us to enter the area of surf, the wave known by mini Teahupo’o.
Red Island is a sandy beach in Banywangi, less crowded and good for fun surfing.
How do I get to the meeting point
We will Pick-up Around Jakarta (Jaksa Road around Monas )
What will the typical day be like?
Our days will be planned according to what the ocean is doing. Therefore, there won’t be such a thing as a typical day. Every day will be a combination of:
Surfing* (as much as we can)
Rest and care through Massages (One massage will be included for each of you)
Culture tour sessions
A unique selection of Surf Spot around the area.
Eating by your choice (nutritious, healthy and yummy).

How many people will take part in the Java surf trip?
We welcome a maximum of 4 participants. We will ensure to have an even group in terms of surf levels – which is why we ask you to describe your surf levels and define your expectations for the training in the form below.
Non-Surfers are also welcome to join as there will be plenty of space for all of us on the trip.
